Today we continued to learn about text features of a pamphlet (informational text).  We are working on pamphlets about weather-your kids can work on these at home using Google Drive. I had k ids asking about parents coming to our field trip on Friday. I didn't think of it today, but if you want to come, you have to have a background check on file in our office. If you had one done for the Bay Beach trip last year, you should still be good. If not, you will not have enough time to get one done. We will send home forms for this when we start getting ready for the Tundra Lodge trip in May so you can have one done in time.  This is for all students' safety on trips.

Homework:

Other: $4 due tomorrow for Friday's field trip.  Get winter clothing for Friday's trip.Check out Kakooma's website and use the username and password that you got in class today.

Reading: 20 minutes

Writing: work on pamphlet/notes if you have computer access.

Math: study the practice test we took today. We will be doing more review tomorrow in class.  Study facts.
