Today we took both session 1 and session 2 of the Reading portion of the WKCE. We will be finishing session 3 tomorrow and then next week we will finish the Math sessions. The students are being very quiet during testing. I have been reminding them to eat a good breakfast and get enough sleep to help them focus. They can also bring a good luck charm with them if it helps :)
We also continued to work with our microscopes today. Students got to look at various kinds of animal hair/fur/feathers at all three objectives(magnification levels). It was interesting!

Science: Study Microscope terms for the quiz on Friday
Reading: Read pages in your book
Other: Fill out star for Vet's Day Assembly, work on oral history for next week (both optional).
